Find your vitals, conditions, allergies, immunizations, prescriptions, recommendations and documents.
What can I see in My Health Records?
Your care team keeps your record. You see what they have recorded for you.
Open it
Click My Health Records in the menu. The top of the page shows your latest blood pressure, heart rate and weight, and how many active conditions you have. It says No data where nothing is recorded yet.
Under Explore your record, choose a section:
- Recommendations shows what your care team suggests. Filter by category, or click Refresh.
- Appointments lists your visits. See Your appointments and video visits.
- My Prescriptions lists your medications. See Request a refill.
- Pharmacy Orders tracks orders sent to the pharmacy.
- Lab Results shows results released to you.
- Allergies and Immunizations show what is on your chart.
- My Documents holds files and papers to sign.
Keep your details current
Click My Profile under Account. Update your date of birth, gender, phone and address, then click Save Demographics. You can also add or edit your emergency contact.
If My Profile is view only, your access doesn't include Update Contact Details. Ask your care team.
