How do I see my appointments and join a video visit?

See your appointments

Click Schedule in the menu. It opens My Appointments with three tabs: Upcoming, Pending and Past. Each visit shows your provider, the date, the time, how long it lasts, and whether it is in person or telehealth.

Times show in your own time zone.

Common statuses:

• Awaiting clinic confirmation: you asked, and the clinic hasn't accepted yet.
• Confirmed: the clinic has committed to the time.
• Checked in, Completed, Cancelled.

Join a video visit

Telehealth visits use Google Meet.

1. Open Schedule, then the Upcoming tab.
2. On the visit, click Join Google Meet.
3. A new browser tab opens with your visit.

If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for GRAICE and click again. An error message appears if the visit has no usable video link. Message your care team in that case.

Your clinic may record or transcribe a visit with your consent. See Privacy and consents.

Cancel an appointment

1. On the visit, click Cancel.
2. In the box that opens, enter a reason of at least 5 characters.
3. Click Cancel Appointment. To back out, click Keep Appointment.

Cancel shows only on visits that are Awaiting clinic confirmation, Confirmed or Waitlisted.

If something goes wrong

If an appointment you expected is missing, message your care team.
