Where do I find my lab results?
Open your results
- Click My Health Records.
- Click Lab Results. The page is called My Lab Results.
- Click a result to open it.
Each result lists the Test, Value, Reference Range and Status. The Status column reads Normal, Abnormal, Critical or No reference range. The card also shows how many values are abnormal.
When a result appears
A result appears here after your provider has reviewed it and released it to you.
Get a plain-language explanation
On a finished result (Final or Corrected), click View AI Interpretation. You see a summary, Key Points, any abnormal results and Recommended Next Steps. Click Close to hide it.
The explanation is written by AI for information only. It is not medical advice. Ask your care team before acting on it.
If something goes wrong
- No lab results available means none have been released to you yet.
- Results are not yet available for this order means the lab hasn't sent values.
- If a result worries you, or you feel unwell, message your care team. For an emergency, call 911.
An abnormal flag doesn't always mean something is wrong. Your provider decides what it means for you.
