How do I review my privacy consents?

Open the page

Click Account, then Privacy & Consents. It lists the privacy agreements and authorizations on your account.

• Pending Consents need your decision. Click View Policy to read one, then Accept or Decline.
• Active Consents are grouped, for example Privacy and Special Categories.
• Expired and History are read only.

Visit recording (AI Scribe)

Your clinician may use an AI scribe to write a visit note. They must ask for your consent first. Your care team records it for you, and it appears here as Visit Recording (AI Scribe).

A recording consent covers only the day it was given. It expires after that, and your clinician asks again at your next visit.

Withdraw a consent

1. Find the consent under Active Consents.
2. Click Request revocation.
3. Send your request in writing. The box shows your practice's email address, and its phone number if it has one listed.

Nothing changes until the practice receives and processes your written request. The consent stays in place until then. For recording, withdrawing stops all future recording.

If something goes wrong

If a consent looks wrong, message your care team.
