What is the difference between Free and Pro membership?

GRAICE Core gives you your records, messaging, appointments and billing. GRAICE Pro costs $37 a month and adds the features below.

What Pro unlocks

• The AI assistant, if your clinic offers it
• Writing new Journal entries. On Free you can still read your past entries.

On Free, if you try to write a Journal entry, GRAICE explains that it is part of GRAICE Pro.

On either plan, the AI assistant is built to show crisis help (988 or 911) when a message sounds like a crisis, but don't rely on it. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 now, or call 911.

Your care team and messaging are available on both plans.

Your clinic sets its own prices for visits. Pro doesn't change them or any Platform Service Fee.

Upgrade to Pro

1. Click Account in the menu, then Membership.
2. Click Change Plan.
3. Choose GRAICE Pro.
4. Read the GRAICE fees and the Pro terms shown under the plans, then tick I agree to GRAICE Pro at $37 a month…. Upgrade Now stays greyed out until you do.
5. Click Upgrade Now.

Upgrading charges $37 to your card on file now and every month after. You need a card first. If you don't have one, you see Add a card in Billing → Payment method before upgrading. See Billing.

If you have no plan at all, click View Plans & Enroll instead.

Downgrade or cancel

• Choose Change Plan, pick GRAICE Core and click Schedule Downgrade. It starts at the end of your billing period.
• On Pro, click Cancel Membership. You keep member benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
• The Free plan has nothing to cancel.

If something goes wrong

• If you see GRAICE Pro is included with a monthly service from your clinic, contact your clinic to change or end it.
• A declined card stops the upgrade. Update your card and try again.
