How do I get help or contact support?
Use the Help and Support panel to search guides, ask Scuba Steve, and follow your support tickets.
How do I get help or contact support?
Select the Help & Support button (a question-mark icon) at the bottom of the sidebar. A panel opens on the right. The rest of GRAICE stays usable while it is open. Use Minimize or Close to put it away.
The panel has three tabs.
Knowledge Base
Type in Search help articles… or browse Top guides. Select Browse all (it shows the number of guides) to see everything written for your role.
Scuba Steve
Scuba Steve answers how-to questions about using GRAICE, with answers cited from the guides. Type in Ask about using the app…. Steve is separate from the clinical AI and gives no clinical advice. For questions about a patient's chart, use the GRAICE assistant. See Ask the GRAICE assistant.
If Steve still cannot help after three tries (select Not quite when an answer misses), it offers to open a ticket. Select Yes, create a ticket. Steve puts your last question into the ticket. GRAICE strips phone numbers, email addresses and similar identifiers, but not other people's names, so never type patient names or details to Steve. A question that reads as health-related is refused rather than turned into a ticket.
My Tickets
Your tickets are split into Open and Closed. Select a ticket to see its Category, Routed to, Priority and Last update. Type in Write a reply… to answer the support team. Press ⌘ or Ctrl plus Enter to send.
