How do I set up a personalized booking URL?

A personalized URL gives your clinic an easy-to-share booking address such as your-practice.booking.graice.ai.

Who can do this: team members who can manage the practice (the check under Manage Org & Assign Roles in My Team).

Choose your subdomain

1. Go to Settings → Customize → Personalized URL.
2. Under Your Booking URL, type the name you want. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, at least 3 characters, starting and ending with a letter or number.
3. Select Check.
4. If you see "This subdomain is available!", select Save Subdomain. If you already have one, the button reads Update Subdomain.

Your booking links

Under Your Booking URLs you can copy or open each link. Your subdomain link is marked Subdomain. A path link on the main GRAICE address is always listed too, marked Fallback once you have a subdomain.

If something goes wrong

• "This subdomain is reserved." Choose a different name.
• "This subdomain is already taken. Please try another." Choose a different name.
• Changing your subdomain makes old booking links stop working. Select Remove Subdomain and confirm to delete it. Existing links that use it stop working.
