How do I add my logo and brand colors?

Branding changes how GRAICE looks for your clinic, including your public booking page. It is available to every clinic.

Who can do this: team members who can manage the practice (the check under Manage Org & Assign Roles in My Team).

Upload your logo

1. Go to Settings → Customize → Logo & Branding.
2. Under Practice Logo, select Upload Logo.
3. Choose a PNG or JPG file under 2 MB. The recommended size is 200x60 pixels.
4. Select Save Changes.

SVG files are not supported, and you see "Unsupported file type". A file over 2 MB shows "File too large".

Light and dark logos

Optional. Under Light and dark mode variants, add a Light-coloured logo for dark backgrounds, and a Dark-coloured logo for light backgrounds. Where a variant is missing, your practice logo is used.

Favicon

Select Upload Favicon for the small icon in browser tabs. It accepts PNG or ICO. The recommended size is 32x32 or 64x64 pixels.

Colors, name and fonts

• Brand Colors: Primary Color, Secondary Color and Accent Color (optional).
• Background Colors: optional Sidebar background, Page background — light mode and Page background — dark mode.
• Practice Information: Practice Name, Tagline (optional), Support Email, Support Phone and Website URL.
• Typography: Primary Font and Button Style.

Select Save Changes when you finish. Reset to Defaults clears all branding after you confirm.

If a background color is rejected

Only the three background colors are checked for contrast. If one is too close to the text color, you see a message such as "Contrast is 2.10:1 against light-mode text". The minimum is 4.5:1. Pick a lighter or darker color, then save again.
