How do I see which clinician credentials are expiring?

Use Credentialing insights and the whole-clinic Compliance report to track license expirations and download a CSV or PDF.

How do I see which clinician credentials are expiring?

Clinicians add their own licenses and certifications to a Credential Vault. As an administrator you can see expirations across the clinic and download a report.

Who can do this: team members with the Administrative Staff / All Billing staff role, or Full Access with Licensed provider turned off. Everyone else sees only their own credentials.

    See what is expiring

    1. Go to Settings → Compliance → Credentials & Licenses.
    2. Find the Credentialing insights card at the top. It counts credentials as Expired, ≤7 days, ≤30 days, ≤90 days or Current, and lists the most urgent ones with the provider's name.
    3. Select Refresh insights (the refresh icon) to reload.
    4. Select Ask to open a credentialing assistant. Type a question such as "which licenses expire in 90 days?"

The card says it is advisory only, because dates come from each credential's expiry date. Verify before acting.

    Download a compliance report

    1. On the same page, select Compliance report.
    2. Next to Scope, choose Whole clinic. My credentials shows only your own.
    3. Review the table, then select Download CSV or Download PDF.

The table shows Provider, Credential, Expires, Tracked status, Admin check, Document and CE needed.

    Add your own credential

If you are also a clinician, select Add credential, fill in the type, state, issuing authority, credential number and dates, and select Save credential. Credential numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked in lists.

    Regulatory Compliance page

Settings → Compliance → Regulatory Compliance currently says "No compliance items tracked yet". Use the credentials report and the audit portal instead.
