How do I view the audit log in the audit portal?
The audit portal is a read-only view of your clinic's compliance records. There is no Settings → Audit Logs page, and the portal is not in the left menu.
Who can do this: team members with the Auditor staff role, or the Full Access staff role with Licensed provider turned off. Anyone else is sent to their dashboard or sees the tabs fail to load. An Auditor can reach nothing else in GRAICE and lands here automatically.
Open it
- Sign in to GRAICE.
- In your browser's address bar, replace everything after the site address with
/audit-portal.
The page is titled NABP Compliance Audit Portal.
Tabs
NABP Overview, Audit Logs, Provider Credentials, BAA Records, Prescription Summary and Affiliate Compliance.
Filter the audit log
- Select the Audit Logs tab.
- Type a value in Action, Resource Type, or both. Each must match the exact value stored, for example a full action name.
- Select Filter.
The table shows Timestamp, User ID, Action, Resource Type, Resource ID and IP Address, 50 rows per page, with a total event count. Use ← Prev and Next → to page. Clear both boxes and select Filter to see everything again.
Good to know
- There is no export button. The portal is for viewing.
- The log shows operational events, not patient demographics or clinical content.
- Your own visits to the audit logs are recorded in the audit log too.
- Select Log out at the top right when you are done.
