Why is a clinician missing from my booking page?

Each clinician sets their own weekly hours under Availability, and Booking Page Health shows what is missing.

Why is a clinician missing from my booking page?

A clinician appears on your public booking page only after they have set weekly hours. Availability belongs to each clinician, so an administrator who is not a clinician does not see it.

Who can do this: each clinician, for their own hours.

    Set weekly hours

    1. The clinician goes to Settings → Online Booking → Availability.
    2. Under Weekly Availability, switch on each day they work.
    3. Set the start and end time and the Slot length (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes).
    4. Choose the appointment types for that day: In-Person, Telehealth or Phone.
    5. Select Save Availability.

Start time must be before end time, and each day needs at least one appointment type.

    Check booking readiness

Clinicians see a Booking Page Health card on their own dashboard. It shows a status of READY, TEMPLATE ONLY or NOT CONFIGURED, and two checks.

    • Hours configured or Hours unavailable, with a Configure hours link.
    • Calendar connected or Calendar not connected, with a Connect a calendar link.

TEMPLATE ONLY means patients can book, but slots are not checked against the clinician's calendar. Connecting Google Workspace fixes this. See Google Workspace.
