Which features does GRAICE turn on for my clinic?
Some features are switched on for each clinic by GRAICE, not from your Settings. This page lists them and what your team sees when one is off.
Who this is for: anyone who manages the practice. Nobody in your clinic can change these switches, so contact support to ask about them. See How support works.
Prescribing through GRAICE
Prescribing through GRAICE is turned on or off for each clinic by GRAICE. It covers sending prescription orders to the GoGoMeds pharmacy and adding prescription lines to a patient's invoice.
A new clinic starts with it off. If your clinic has already used it, it stays on unless GRAICE turns it off.
When it's off, your team sees a message that it isn't enabled for your clinic and to contact GRAICE support. Turning it off doesn't hide anything that already exists. Past orders and order status stay where they are.
Not available yet
- Lab ordering through GRAICE: ordering labs from Gene Metrics isn't available yet.
- Text messages (SMS): text message delivery isn't turned on yet, so SMS options show as unavailable. Email and in-app notifications are unaffected. See Notification preferences.
- Group sessions: group sessions are a preview and aren't available yet.
